Accounts Manager - Practice Manchester Salary circa £45k (subject to experience), plus flexible working and additional benefits
Morson Talent are working with a growing fun, progressive Corporate Accountancy firm to recruit an Accounts Manager.
The Accounts Manager will be a qualified accountant who is passionate about, and gains satisfaction from supporting the development and progression of their team.
The key elements of the role will include - Management of the day to day workflows and distributing this amongst the team Taking ownership of the day to day management of the corporate accounts team Identifying and providing clear objectives and career progression for the corporate accounts team Being a point of escalation for the team and clients Facilitating monthly 121 meetings with all team members to build successful working relationships, obtain feedback, review performance, and support individual growth and development Take ownership of the graduate academy to support development into the accountancy world

Demonstrative experience of growing, nourishing, and developing a team Strong people management experience Supportive and empathetic mindset Qualified accountant (ACCA/ AAT/ACA/ CIMA) An individual motivated in a fast pace environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbally Someone who loves getting to know people and cultivating long-lasting relationships An individual keen to immerse themselves in a lively brand, culture and business
