We will count on you to:

• Effectively elicit requirements from stakeholders using a variety of techniques including document review, face to face interviews and workshops
• Manage business requirements development from stakeholder and scope identification, through to documenting requirements and managing traceability, to achieving requirements approval and communication of a complete requirements package
• Validate and assess solutions provided to ensure they meet the business and user expectations
• Have a clear understanding of the purpose of change and assist in the communication of implemented changes to the end user and support teams.

What you need to have:

• Previous experience in an analytical role within the Financial Services industry
• Sound ability to review, isolate and interpret business needs and develop appropriate technical solutions
• Creative thinking in generating new ideas to problem solve and find alternative solutions, with the ability to understand people, processes and technology within the organisation.

What makes you stand out?

• Previous experience in the superannuation industry, in particular Define Benefit schemes.
• Strong data & analytics skillS
• Experience in capturing and tracking requirements through Atlassian tools, Jira & Confluence.
