Job Description
NES Fircroft is partnered with a global leading energy business seeking to engage the services of a Digital Business Analyst on a six month contract working from home. This role will play a key part in upcoming digital strategies and you'll be working with various business units to gather requirements, and document user stories that are value focused and have detailed acceptance criteria.

Key duties will include:

• Translate business requirements, to technical tickets, to be picked up by the development team.
• Work with the Mobile development team to creatively solve problems, discuss stories and ensure the expected outcomes are met.
• Use understanding of the business & customers to validate features built by the development team.
• Work with technical teams to design, document and test system integrations.
• Map out functional specifications to create Use-Case diagrams, Data-flows, Entity Relationships, etc.
• Review system processes and recommend improvements/solutions.
• Conduct Story Refinement/Grooming sessions with Product Owner and development team.
• Organise sprint reviews with key stakeholders to get their feedback.

Experience Required:

• Strong experience working as IT Business Analyst with Mobile application projects.
• Experience in all stages of SDLC.
• Experience working with digital solutions and digitization projects, in an Agile environment (preferably Scrum).
• Demonstrated technical ability around mobile or web integration/architecture, working closely with design and development teams.
• Demonstrated experience and good knowledge of cloud (AWS preferred) and DevOps.
• Experience with TFS or similar tools such as Jira & Azure DevOps (ADO).

This position is to be offered on an initial six month contract with the potential of extension. A competitive hourly rate and excellent employee benefits program also on offer.
