YOUR NEW ROLE

The Business Solutions Analyst Tessitura gathers requirements from business stakeholders and develops solution designs and functional specifications for the implementation of the platforms. Working closely with the Project Manager Tessitura, the role is responsible for understanding the needs of business stakeholders, and translating these into implementation specifications and solution designs that will be used by the technology team to implement platforms and solutions. The BSA continues to represent the business stakeholders and customers through the implementation process and ensures solutions are "fit for purpose" and deliver a great customer experience.Further detailed information about the role and its requirements can be obtained from the role description.

ARE YOU THE ONE?

We are looking for someone with:• Relevant tertiary qualification (Business, Program/Project Management, Technology). • At least 3 years' experience in working with stakeholders to understand requirements, and in developing functional specifications and solution designs - preferably for projects involving marketing technology and working on multiple projects at a time. • Sound knowledge of best practice stakeholder engagement practices, including facilitation of workshops and other requirement extraction techniques. • Excellent technical writing skills, with the ability to clearly and precisely write technical specifications. • Good knowledge of all aspects and general functional capabilities of marketing technologies, including CMS / CRM / DAM and email platforms. • Substantial relationship management ability/experience, including interpersonal and influencing skills and experience to build and maintain relationships with a range of stakeholders. • Strong problem solving and analytical skills and negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
