Main Duties:
  • Facilitate and leads engagement between Operations and Custodians, eg. monthly service review sessions with Custodian. Additionally, support Operations on issues and escalations with Custodians
  • Perform periodic Custodian and Nostro Agents review, renewal of POA and provision of BOS ASL to Custodians and opening and closing of segregated accounts
Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate and leads engagement between Operations and Custodians, eg. monthly service review sessions with Custodian
  • Support Operations on issues and escalations with Custodians
  • Perform periodic Custodian and Nostro Agents review
  • Performs renewal of POA and provision of BOS ASL to Custodians
  • Supports opening and closing of segregated accounts
  • Supports ad-hoc requests from custodians and nostro agents related to AML/CFT
  • Maintain SSI including point of contacts and BCP arrangement with custodians and nostro agents
  • Perform PDPA/GDPR/Third Party Risk Management review (which includes raising Justification Memo annually)
  • Perform annual review - AML CFT and FATCA
  • Supports onboarding and offboarding of custodians and nostro agents
  • Face off to the internal and external counterparties (eg. compliance, front office, custodians/agents, etc)
Qualifications
Requirements
  • Degree in Business Management, Banking and Finance or equivalent 5 years experiences in Operations within a private bank / investment banking
  • Custody and Network knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work under pressure and willing to drive changes for improvement
  • Good team player and communication skill
  • Possess strong knowledge of security products and Private Banking operational processes
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
