Finance Manager Benefits and Compensation:

- Salary $90,000 - $100,000, plus bonus potential
Finance Manager Job Duties:
- Key person on corporate accounting team in the month-end close process
- Assist management with assessment of revenue recognition accounting implications for new business proposals, business combinations, new products, and services
- Own 'Work in Process' determination during close for revenues and related subcontractor costs.
- Create revenue estimates (budget, forecast, etc.) and provide monthly narrative analysis to explain variances
- Use understanding of revenue streams to provide insight and guidance on business opportunities and risks
- Develop revenue reporting to all levels of management
- Participate in the adoption of ASC 606, Revenue Recognition
- Read client contracts, identify performance obligations, allocate transaction pricing to performance obligations and account for revenue recognition as performance obligations are satisfied.
- Ad hoc and special projects as needed
Finance Manager Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of Accounting and Finance experience
- Previous exposure to implementation of ASC 606, Revenue Recognition
- Strong Microsoft Excel (Vlookups, pivot tables)
- Quality critical thinking skills and attention to detail
