Location: Warsaw

Full time contract

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:
  • Ensuring full integration of data from different sources in one data warehouse in Vision Care Poland
  • Automatization of reports, dashboards and business analysis to support operations and strategy for Leadership Team
  • Providing insights and recommendations based on sales, market data & sales force effectiveness analysis to identify opportunities
  • Driving projects, analyzing effectiveness and profitability of activities
  • Supporting pricing and rebate policy
  • Supporting, implementation and continuous development of tools facilitating business processes and sales tools
  • Responsibility for development of Sales Analyst
  • Reporting line to Business Manager Vision Care Poland & Baltics

Qualifications

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:
  • Min 3 years of experience in analytical area (ideally in Finance, market data, sales effectiveness, sales support)
  • Analytical thinking, ability to formulate relevant conclusions, strong business focus are essential for this position. Good understanding of FMCG/Pharmacy market is a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SQL is a must, SAP and Salesforce CRM knowledge would be an advantage
  • Ability to use and implement Business Intelligence solutions (BW, Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
  • Experience in working with market data analysis will be an asset
  • A professional and persuasive attitude
  • Excellent English and Polish (written and verbal)
