The Business Analyst - Payroll Compliance role in the Technology team is accountable for the analysis and scoping of payroll compliance changes and supporting general enhancement of the core companies solution working with the BA team.
They will stay connected with upcoming changes, scope the requirements working with the BA team, Product Leaders, Developers and Testers, communicate with the business and support communications with the customer base, maintain online help and educational materials relating to a release.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
  • 8+ years' experience in analyzing software requirements specialists in Payroll.
  • Demonstrable effective interpersonal, presentation, selling, negotiation and communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Ability to use initiative and to work independently.
  • High level of computer literacy, in particular with Word, PowerPoint and Excel, JIRA, SharePoint.
  • Specific technical and / or operational knowledge of HR/Recruitment, Financial and Payroll software applications.
  • An understanding of the ISO 27001 standard, AU/NZ Privacy Acts and GDPR.
  • Completion of a combination Business and IT or Computer Science degree.
  • Experience in managing the development of country specific Payroll requirements internationally
