Skills and Knowledge required:
Identify, manage, and communicate business requirements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications. Work collaboratively with the Logistics management team to support the development of tools to provide life cycle/asset management assurance to the organisation.
Major Responsibilities:
Site liaison and stakeholder engagement to elicit and prioritise customer and solution requirements. Provide advice to the team on business processes and methods. Prepare requirements documentation by completing requirements gathering, derivation and management. Contribute to the continuous improvement process by developing and enhancing procedures. Provide coordination between Governance, Process and Reporting of ICT asset management services.
SFIA security level required: The Specified Person will be expected to demonstrate attributes of SFIA Level of Responsibility 4.
Location and Contract Term: The role is based in Canberra. 12-month contract.
Security Requirements: Current Top-Secret Positive Vetting (TSPV) security clearance is strongly preferred, however candidates who have held a TSPV in the previous 12-month period (which has since been downgraded) may be considered.
