Accounts Assistant (Armagh) 26K

Our Exciting Armagh City Client require an ambitious Accounts Assistant/ Part Qualified Accountant to join the team to assist in the preparation of monthly financial management accounts. You will have 1-2 yrs experience or more within a similar role. Salary to 26K. The Role (Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Assistant Accountant) Preparation of annual overhead budgets and variance analysis Preparation of monthly bank reconciliations for sterling and euro accounts Reporting weekly cash return Liaison with treasury team to forecast and manage foreign exchange requirements Prepare information required for VAT and related documents Responsible for expense ledger Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register The Person (Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Assistant Accountant) You will have 1-2 years experience within an a commercial environment You will be conversant in MS Word, Excel and Outlook. You will have experience of working to deadlines You will have strong interpersonal and communication skills Candidates experienced in using accounting/ ERP packages are particularly welcome In return our Client will provide you with a salary and benefits package expected of a market leader.
