Business Analyst - 6 month contract
What can you expect?
- The role of the Business Analyst is to deliver high quality business analyst project outcomes and solutions that enable valued business outcomes and informed decisions by key stakeholders.
- Typical activities include planning, requirements elicitation and documentation, requirements lifecycle management, facilitation of solution design, requirements validation and traceability, stakeholder management and providing support to other teams involved in the project delivery.
- This role is an integral part of the Delivery function. It contributes to ensuring that the Delivery function meets the needs of the organization and clients / customers.

We will count on you to:
- Perform Planning activities to determine the best approach and techniques for self on project
- Perform stakeholder analysis and establish strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Manage requirements through the project life cycle including liaising with data, test and system analysts
- Support test team activities including triage and impact analysis
- Provide learnings back to Analyst Team and to contribute to continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to uplift value from existing solutions
- Develop new artefacts for re-use and to improve efficiency
- Prepare business cases for new solutions or designs
- Lead and support other analysts
- Support Team Lead and Delivery Lead with strategy planning
What you need to have:
- Previous experience within working in the financial services industry
- Good understanding of end to end customer/client experience
- Focus on delivering product quality and customer/client value
- Work effectively with strong stakeholder management, communication, and engagement skills
- Business Analysis Planning and Monitoring
- Elicitation and Collaboration
- Requirements Life Cycle Management
- Strategy Analysis
- Requirements Analysis and Design Definition
- Solution Evaluation
- Working knowledge of Agile and Lean Methodologies
- Working knowledge of waterfall and project delivery
What makes you stand out:
- Experience in the superannuation industry
- Systems experience in all or some of the Bravura platforms - SuperB/Sonata/Calibre
- Experience in delivering Client/Transition or Legislative projects
