Working as a member of the Business Systems team, this role is responsible to support the successful delivery of projects, change requests and system support for designated business systems.
Enable the business to maximise service delivery and commercial performance through; ensuring optimal delivery of business systems functionality, identifying, and delivering systems improvements.
The Role:
• Document, prioritise and communicate business requirements
• Supporting and/or leading roles in business systems related projects and change requests including UAT through to go-live and BAU support.
• Ensure system issues are responded to and resolved in a timely manner.
• Assist business and IT teams in root cause analysis of technical issues
• Ensure system guidelines and manuals are developed and updated accordingly
The person we are looking for will have the following:
• SAP experience required in at least one module; plant maintenance is preferred. SAP Cloud Platform experience would be beneficial.
• Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.
• An ability to learn quickly and work flexibly and adaptively in a complex environment with multiple stakeholders
• Critical thinking ability
• Strong problem-solving capacity
• High-level IT, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
Special conditions:
• Must be an Australian Citizen and be eligible for a Security Clearance
• This position requires an Australian Federal Police check
