Credit Controller

Credit Controller Antrim Up to £20K p/a Reactive Recruitment is seeking to recruit a Credit Controller to join a leading manufacturer at their Antrim offices on a permanent basis. Duties within this role will include: Develop positive relationships with customers, maintaining their accounts and collecting any outstanding debts in a timely manner. Investigate/resolve any invoice related queries and gather all relevant details of any invoice disputes for internal enquiry. Customer credit rating checks, applying insurance if necessary. Inputting receipts on system. Provide credit information for management and other ad-hoc tasks when needed. Essential Criteria: At least 1 year previous B2B credit control experience (high value accounts). Sound level of IT literacy including Microsoft Excel and Access. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to form strong client relationships.
