The opportunity
To manage and influence the direction and deployment of the learning curriculum in Assurance Oceania. The role requires high energy and enthusiasm and is an excellent opportunity to broaden experiences in the firm and interact with Assurance Leadership on a regular basis. This role reports to the Oceania Assurance Talent Development Leader and is offered on a permanent, full-time basis and can be based in any of the EY office locations across Australia.

The opportunity

Your key responsibilities
- Lead the successful deployment of the technical curriculum for staff to Managers and specialist groups
- Manage key stakeholder relationships
- Project manage a significant learning technical course portfolio
- Lead and support the Facilitator pool for relevant courses
- Lead and support the Assurance L&D coordinator team
- Facilitate on technical courses and milestone programs
- Facilitate on various cross service line courses
- Manage the learning needs of an Assurance sub-service line
- Program budgeting and management throughout year
- Ownership of External learning budget and process
Skills and attributes for success
To qualify for the role you must have
- Detailed up-to-date knowledge of GAM (core and digital), Digital Audit tools and Australian Accounting Standards
- Strong communication (written and oral) skills
- Ability to build, develop and positively influence internal client relationships across BU's and teams
- Strong project and time management skills and the ability to implement organisational frameworks as required. In addition, the ability to plan and deliver work in line with cost and time constraints
- Flexibility and adaptability in terms of dealing with evolving outcomes, timelines, dependencies and stakeholders
- Maintaining a team focus and demonstrating effective team behaviours
- Demonstrable experience of managing teams to deliver exceptional results
- Facilitation experience
- Demonstrable experience of working in fast-paced environments to deliver required results
