A market leader in their field, this business based in Altrincham are recruiting a Head of Invoicing to join their team.
Description
As a Head of Invoicing, you will report into the Finance Director, responsible for leading a team responsible for invoice processing and reporting.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: leading and supporting the invoicing teams setting objectives and managing performance using data; ensuring contractual requirements of each new contract is fully implemented into the company billing systems; ensure invoices are generated in line with SLAs; review cash collection targets; improve management of company debtors; KPI monitoring and reporting.
Profile
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of finance system implementation - Essential
- Have knowledge of managing high volume transactional billing teams - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
