ACCOUNTANT (A/P & I/C)

Mother's Enterprises Limited is seeking to identify suitable qualified individuals to join its Accounts team as Accountant.
ACCOUNTANT (A/P & I/C)
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Assist in the preparation of monthly accounts and financial statements.
* Costing of manufactured and imported items.
* Fixed Asset Management.
* Manage the Accounts payables function.
* Review and/or prepare bank reconciliation.
* Manage and coordinate inventory management activities for the company's multiple-locations.
* Ensure ideal margins are achieved and highlight instances where it's not.
* Prepare and maintain expense/audit schedules.
* Review of the weekly payroll
Qualifications and Experience:
·ACCA level 2 or Tertiary qualification in Accounting.
* Minimum 3 years experience at a Supervisory level in an Accounting Department.
* Experience in Accounts Payables, product costing, inventory controls, budget forecasting and Fixed Assets management.
* Working knowledge of SAGE ACCPAC, AccuPay2001 Payroll management and Microsoft suite of programs.
