Your new role
- Posting cash to customer ledger accounts
- Managing the ledger to make sure balances reflect outstanding amounts
- Manage 650 active accounts with balances ranging from small amounts of £100,000
- Sending copy invoices where required.
- Ensuring overage debt is successfully recovered. This may involve negotiations with customers
- Counting and banking cash.
- Processing BACS
- Taking card payments and posting to the customers account
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working within a credit control environment is desired
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to negotiate directly with suppliers
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
