Michael Page are working with a group of Accountancy Practices across the UK. Maintaining a successful period of growth, this group is keeping an individual feel to each firm they acquire as well as support and enable client and technology development.
Description
To be the point of contact for all client liaison. Meeting clients to discuss their accounts and tax affairs. Provide advisory services as appropriate.Lead audits. Most audit work is done by staff in multiple locations.Manage personal tax staff.Advise clients on areas of business improvement. Participate in regular appraisal of the staff.Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices.Profile
The successful Senior Manager will have an accounting qualification - either ACA or ACCA.
Ability to manage a team both in person and virtually
This person will be able to multi-task and be a key point of contact for clients
Accounting, Tax, reporting skills, time management, ethics, supervision/management skills, Word/Excel, audit, accounting, and tax packages.Working knowledge of IRIS and Caseware preferable but not essential.The individual should have attention to detail, deadline-oriented and keen on research.Job Offer
