Description

As the Head of Finance, duties will include but are not limited to, ensuring robust financial management and control of the organisations infrastructure programme, ensuring all projects are delivered on a commercial basis and ensuring financial risks have been mitigated, preparing and presenting business cases, cash flow planning and budget reporting, ensuring that external funds are appropriately managed, ensuring that all reporting is transparent and accurate in line with relevant funding requirements, reviewing and improving current processes and procedures, leading and managing the team, representing the department at senior meetings, building relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, dealing with queries and other ad hoc duties.

Profile

The successful candidate will:

• Be a Fully Qualified Accountant ESSENTIAL
• Have set high standards of financial performance, financial planning and analysis previously ESSENTIAL
• Have managed cash flow previously ESSENTIAL
• Have managed and developed staff previously ESSENTIAL
• Have delivered improvements to processes/projects previously ESSENTIAL

Job Offer

£50,000- £59,000 annual salary + Permanent Head of Finance + Sheffield based + Competitive benefits package + Not for Profit organisation + mix of home and office working
