Main responsibilities

  • People Management with responsibility for a finance operations team within AR/AP/GL processes (main areas of the team responsibilities: cash management and billing tasks)
  • Contact with external and internal clients
  • Identifying, introducing, and coordinating process improvements
  • Processing work in accordance with corporate policies and procedures
  • Performing monthly and periodic reconciliation and reporting requirements
  • Participation in various department projects (e.g. connected to transitions from new countries and improving/implementing business systems)


  • Relevant educational background within Finance & Accounting or similar faculty
  • Professional experience in the accounting department, including AR/AP/GL/Cash Management
  • Professional experience in people management in finance/accounting department (3-4 years)
  • Experience in SSC/BPO/GBS sector is highly desirable
  • Fluent knowledge of English (C1 level)
  • Good analytical, organizational and communication skills with the ability to cooperate in a global dynamic work environment
