You will be working as part of the Audit and Compliance Department, to process accurate and timely data daily for all Apprenticeship learners in time for monthly ESFA submission. Carry out compliance checks on documentation and report any non-compliant actions to the Director of Audit and Compliance.
There will be occasions for interaction with other internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement that mitigates any financial Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) and other funding stream clawback. ESFA Funding Rules and other external guidance documents will form the foundation of data entry and audit checks.

Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week)

Duties to include:
- Audit enrolment documentation prior to data entry on PICS ILR to ensure ESFA compliancy
- Report any non-compliance to the Traineeship department
- Process compliant learners on PICS ILR and set up learners Smart Assessor portfolio
- Update ILR data with any changes through the learner's programme
- Ensure all ILR data corresponds with learner documentation
- Update learner records with destination and progression information as requested
- Process learner end information on the ILR as requested
- Conduct compliance check for stages of the learners Traineeship journey
- Keep up to date with ESFA Traineeship funding rules
