The Role Responsibilities

This role sits under the complex / multi-capability change delivery team of CCIB Client Coverage function. They are responsible for designing & driving the implementation of cross-functional changes within Client Coverage through impacted squads and to ensure value realization. The 'Agile Business Analyst - Cross Capability Changes' will support the cross-capability delivery lead in designing overarching solutions & driving the implementation of the same through multiple squads spread across the landscape.

Stakeholder Management
  • Effectively engage senior stakeholders across geographies
  • Strong communication skills, ability to tailor ideas to required audience and stakeholders
  • Possess a driven, can-do attitude and proactive in supporting stakeholder engagement
  • Comfortable in working with multiple stakeholders' teams and functions
  • Build strong and effective relationships with the various technology and business counterparts
  • Some experience in co-ordination of multiple dependencies and stakeholders in complex, large scale deployment environments

Solution Design
  • Being client focused, ensure business requirements and proposed solutions achieve required business goals
  • Design business solutions for complex & multi-domain business problems, design effective solutions in ambiguous environments, validate impact assessment & prioritization
  • Gathering, analysing, documenting requirements and user stories; questioning, challenging and proposing innovative, automated solutions where necessary.
  • Support on the effective solution design in order to achieve business outcomes in alignment with business requirements and overall architecture
  • Support effective management of risks and issues associated with solution designs

Change/Project Management
  • Report & track implementation timelines, proactively identify impediments / blockers, manage change communication & transition and ensure business value realization
  • Experience in tools like JIRA and confluence will be advantageous
  • Interpersonal, learning and organizing skills matched with the ability to manage stress, time, and change effectively
  • Prior experience working in Agile Scrum team will be advantageous
  • Pragmatic team player with great attention to detail

Domain Knowledge and related experience
  • Good knowledge of Wholesale Banking products
  • Process and operational expertise with a keen sense of commercial awareness needed to develop appropriate solutions
  • Subject matter expertise & thought leadership in Wholesale banking onboarding, KYC, static data and related processes across Client Lifecycle Design & Management
  • Knowledge of the global/regional regulatory environment / ongoing developments and it's implication on the onboarding & client lifecycle related activities will be an added advantage
  • Specialist knowledge of industry / consulting practices

  • Client Coverage management, Client Coverage business teams, Client Coverage T&I, Upstream / Downstream business and T &I teams of Client Coverage


Our Ideal Candidate

  • Years of Experience: 6 to 10 years
  • Qualifications: Graduate / Postgraduate in business / commerce / engineering
  • Key Skills: Stakeholder management, Solution Design & Change/Project Management
  • Good knowledge of Wholesale Banking business specifically from a Client Lifecycle Design & Management (CLDM) / Client Coverage perspective.
  • Agile Product Owner (Desired but optional)
