About you
- Thorough understanding of public sector accrual capital budgeting; performance measurement and reporting; capital costing and asset investment analysis; and, the provisions of the Finance Management Act 1994 and associated policies, practices and procedures
- Proven experience in providing advanced expertise and knowledge to strategic planning and decision-making processes and provide leadership and guidance in a complex project / capital and operating environment including provision of advice on budget and capitalisation related matters.
- Proven experience in the preparation or independent review of business cases/resourcing submissions for government deliberation
- Competent user of relevant financial systems (e.g. Oracle Financials, Axiom, Business Intelligence, SRIMS, etc.).
