We have an opportunity for a Full Time Exempt position as a Senior Financial Planning Analyst within our Finance Team. The Senior Financial Planning Analyst is primarily responsible for leading financial performance results, providing insightful financial analysis and information that supports the senior Finance leadership and key business unit stakeholder's decision making when measuring performance against targets and enabling HSNSW deliver the best value health care to the people of NSW. $127,766.15 to $152,864.22 per annum.

HealthShare NSW are looking for someone with a high degree of commercial and numeracy acumen and extensive experience in Accounting and Financial Management within a Health environment.

We are seeking someone with the strong technical knowledge, relevant academic qualifications and extensive experience in Finance or Accounting who is capable and confident to lead the consolidated financial performance result. You will be able to provide financial planning support to the leadership and be adept at communicating complex information to a range of stakeholders, to ensure their decisions are informed by accurate data and drive results to achieve organisational goals and targets. About the opportunity
You will be responsible for supporting any financial planning including fund allocation, budgets, forecasts, monthly performance reports; collaborating with the commercial team to develop budget and forecasts for business units and at group level and delivering accurate and timely reports to internal and external stakeholders; deep dive analysis of key business cost and activity driver to develop and improve HealthShare NSW's costing and pricing model; identify opportunities to improve and automate team processes and deliverables. This is a Full Time Exempt (for a period up to 8 July 2022) position graded as a Health Manager Level 4 with an annual salary of $127,766.15 to $152,864.22 (Excl. 9.5% superannuation). Location, St Leonards.

  • Please briefly discuss the three financial statements in a layman terms, answering the following questions: Why are they so vital? How do they relate to each other? How would you discuss them in laymen terms?

You will be asked to complete a psychometric assessment (e.g. personality and cognitive abilities assessments) in the recruitment process for this position.
