Responsibilities:
Inventory Stock Take, Cash Count & Compliance Audit:

Inventory Stock Take, Cash Count & Compliance Audit:
- Perform physical Stock Count, Cash Count & Compliance Audit.
- Undertake stock reconciliation, Cash Count Analysis, Void/Cancelled transactions analysis and Store Compliance checklist.
- Ensure proper bank-in procedures by store.
- Perform store intervention and investigation.
- Ensure timely and proper submission of Field Audit Working papers.
- Finds of Audit Field Work is properly documented.
- Ensure proper punctuality and timely attendance records by Field Audit staff to store level.
- Ensure good communication with Store personnel at all levels.
- Able to work as part of Field Audit Team.
- Assist the HQ Audit Executives in execution of audit & administration work.
- Perform any other work as and when required.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 2-3 years of experience (i.e. added advantage).
- Good command of Mathematics, English & Malay language.
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Non-Executives specializing in Finance - Audit/Taxation or equivalent.
