Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities
• Acquire and maintain solid understanding of NUS Procurement processes i.e. strategic sourcing, supplier management, contracting, purchase orders, invoicing and payment
• Respond to requests from Procurement teams for IT enablement. Collect and document detailed business requirements in context of target business outcome
• Support delivery of projects and enhancements including documentation of requirements, coordination of User Acceptance Testing and performing business analysis as needed
• Drive continuous improvement and process simplification through digitization and automation
• Administration of the Procurement systems and development of related processes
• Develop and maintain documentation on processes, application configuration and training/help related materials for the business systems
• Provides system related training and support
• Maintain system metrics to track usage trends and systems SLA
To be successful in this role, you will need strong analytical skills, stakeholder management and end-to-end knowledge of Procurement processes.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have Bachelor Degree in Business, Business Administration/ Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Science or related field of study with
• More than 5 years of Business Analyst experience including solution delivery and large program implementation experience
• Knowledge of Agile, DevOps and Waterfall project management methodologies with proven track record of successful program/project management and deliverables
• Business relationship, facilitation, communication and leadership skills with demonstrated ability to work with large cross-functional teams
• Ability to identify opportunities for business value and process improvement, communicate strategies, and champion adoption to achieve desired results
• Excellent knowledge on IT solutions, new technologies and understand technology trends
• Positive, collaborative and solution-oriented attitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Problem-solving skills - ability to navigate technology and organizational issues to complete project tasks
• Have strong project management skills and ability to drive change management and continuous improvements
• Possess strong communication and intrinsic stakeholders management
