In your role as Corporate Finance Manager, you will operate between the CF Executives and Senior Management, not only providing advice on complex transactions, but working with your team members to provide guidance and support. You will be able to lead meetings and develop relationships with your clients, providing high quality advice, guiding them through the transaction.

From a technical perspective, you will be able to use your CF experience & knowledge, working closely with your clients to understand their business needs and ensure they are provided with a high quality & tailored service not only by yourself, but the wider team. Acting as a lead on assignments, you will be able to pull all aspects together through strong leadership and technical ability. You will be encouraged to network with Azets Corporate Finance teams in the UK & overseas to ensure we provide the best client service using the strength of our National CF resource.

As part of the management team, your journey will continue via mentorship by the senior management team in both your local office and in wider Azets network, to provide soft skills development such as more effective client and staff management.

For this position, we are looking for a commercially astute Chartered Accountant (CA/ACA/ACCA) with strong Corporate Finance experience, preferably within Financial Due Diligence. You will have the opportunity to work across both Transaction Services/Due Diligence and Lead Advisory, which we provide through a single CF business. This includes disposals, acquisitions, buyouts, fund raising, valuations and strategic advisory. You will be a strong communicator, have good analytical skills, produce high quality reports and will be comfortable building relationships both internally and externally.
