Job Description

As a CRM Business Analysis Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and deploying end-user solutions in CRM systems. Through deep functional knowledge and familiarity with the CRM application in use, you will ensure that client business requirements are met while providing a variety of advisory services around project management, business process development, implementation support, and end-user training as needed. You will also support project planning and requirements gathering efforts across CRM projects.

You are a CRM specialist and proud of it. You enjoy helping organizations harness the power of these sophisticated applications to address business challenges. You love learning and make it a point to stay abreast of the latest innovations in your field.

Your technical skills may include:

Knowledge of CRM Systems and business solution implementations

Some knowledge of CRM issue diagnosing and troubleshooting

Experience with specific technologies as specified by hiring manager

Your non-technical skills may include:

Some experience consulting with external clients

Preferred experience working with global and off-shore project teams

Great communication skills

You Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering or equivalent technical degree is preferred. You are likely to have 1 year or more of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of work experience and education.

You are an Australian Citizen and hold Australian Government Security Clearances
