Job Description:
  • Customer focused, with lots of opportunities to engage with Stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with customers, key stakeholders, sales and across all business functions to define, elicit, disseminate and assist as an SME with the rollout of changes.

Job Qualification:
  • Tertiary qualifications preferably in business, information technology or related
  • At least 5 years of experience in Financial Services or related fields
  • Excellent ability to communicate and work with technical and non-technical people alike.
  • Ability to work independently and as a contributing, collaborative team member.
  • Strong problem solving skills.
  • Excellent listening skills and a commitment to communicate clearly, completely, and in a timely manner.
  • Exceptional skills in partnering with clients/ staff and in developing and maintaining long term supportive relationships.
  • Ability to assess the effectiveness of processes and procedures, and recommend improvements.
  • Experience with the Agile product development process, including documenting backlogs, representing the customer when answering questions or reviewing technical development and assisting clients with UAT.
  • Assist with the delivery of solutions end to end and ensuring customer outcomes are delivered.
  • Demonstrated passion and affinity for technology, particularly web and mobile tech.
  • Must be resourceful, self-directed and motivated.
