• Help shape client thinking with a keen eye on opportunities to implement cutting edge technology projects
• Deliver complex transformation and/or capital investment programs spanning the entire lifecycle - from strategy through to transition into operations
• Contribute to business development and account management activities

Skills and attributes for successTo qualify for the role, you must have

• Hands-on experience in projects and programs involving business transformation and/or infrastructure and capital works development and delivery
• Excellent communication and presentations skills across all levels of stakeholder groups
• A collaborative and inclusive approach to problem solving and delivery of key client outcomes
• Ability to capture requirements, produce quality project deliverables whilst also having experience organising and taking part in large customer facing meetings
• Ability to write professional reports and specifications encapsulating your ideas and thought leadership
• Be a citizen of Australia (hold an Australian passport)

Ideally, you'll also have

• A desire to continue to grow and shape your skills set, to enable you to provide program management solutions for the Transformative Age (e.g. agile and design thinking)
• Ability to build effective, long-lasting relationships with clients
