- Understanding & working experience of Agile and Waterfront methodology
- Business Analysis - Performed End-to-end business analysis, which included identifying the change, performing impact analysis, identifying the impacted business units and stakeholders, requirements gathering and gap analysis, workshopping to identify solution as well as piloting and implementing the solution
- Stakeholder Engagement - Effectively managed stakeholders across multiple groups
- Requirements Gathering - Worked with various teams like Product, IT, Risk and Compliance, HR etc. to understand and gather their requirements
- Data Analysis - Analysed data-sets from multiple sources to perform Gap analysis and develop key insights
- Reporting - Developed/ Managed reporting which included (topics)
