Marks Sattin is currently working with a fantastic organization in Abingdon, who have an opening for an Accounts Receivable Clerk on a 3 Month Contract basis, to join their supportive and friendly team. The role will report to the AR Supervisor and would suit a candidate who has previous experience in Receivables / Sales Ledger or from a Credit Control background.
The role is office based, free parking is available on site and working hours are Mon - Thurs, 9am - 530pm, Fri, 9am - 5pm.

Duties include but aren't limited to:
- Create and maintain customer accounts
- Producing invoices, statements and credit notes
- Posting daily cash receipts
- Reconciling cash receipts to bank statements
- Chasing up outstanding debts (credit control)
- Assist with relevant audits
- Uploading invoices onto customer e-comm platforms
- Working with other departments to resolve customer queries
- Provide cover within in department when other staff are on leave.
