Job Description

This role will focus on

  • Preparation and maintaining accounts and accounting records for the portfolio of clients which includes monthly/quarterly/yearly bookkeeping, MAS reporting, GST reporting and payment administration in compliance with the client’s policies and statutory requirements
  • Responsible for full spectrum of payroll functions in relation to the portfolio of clients (i.e. monthly CPF contribution, IR8A tax submission)
  • Preparation of clients' deliverables (i.e. Management accounts, reporting packages, schedules, GST registration, MAS and GST Returns, consolidation, and drafting of year-end SFRS financial statements with Director's Report)
  • Assist clients with any accounting, payroll, MAS and GST related issues
  • Coach and review work of junior team members to enable them to carry out their roles effectively and efficiently
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required by the department

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy, ISCA, ACCA or other equivalent professional qualifications
  • Previous work experiences (Audit or Business Outsourcing) in a Singapore CPA firm would be an added advantage
  • Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Meticulous and organized individual with strong initiatives
  • Positive work attitudes and willingness to learn
  • Proficient with MS Office and comfortable in learning payroll systems
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

 

Assistant Associates - Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 year relevant experience

Associates - Applicants with at least 2 years of relevant experience
