The Finance, Investment and Treasury systems (FIT) provides a shared platform and solutions in the area of treasury & investment accounting, financial transaction capturing and transmission. For highly specialized, international customer groups, FIT is responsible for running, maintaining and enhancing the platform.
SAP FSCM is the Treasury and Investment Accounting Subledger Solution of SAP. With ECC6 and latest Enhancement packs, SAP FSCM provides State-of-the-Art Accounting Services and feeds into local General Ledger solutions.
As an intern in the area of SAP FSCM support and delivery service, Zurich offers you the experience to learn within an international environment providing support, mentoring and developing new projects
Your Role
As a SME (Subject Matter Expert) SAP FSCM Trainee your main responsibilities will involve:
• Support in converting Business requirements into Solution Design, therefore interact with customer groups
• Collaborate in developing solution options which are in line with our system strategy
• Document Project/Support activities and Solutions, ensuring consistency and timeliness of documents
• Executing Application Testing
• Acting according to FIT workflows, best practice, existing and emerging standards and actively contributing in improving the way we work (guidelines, processes)

Your Education and your Personal Skills:
- University degree (or equivalent) with an excellent academic record, preferably with a quantitative background
- Strong Financial/Investment Knowledge
- Strong customer focus
- Managing the daily work and tasks in a structured and efficient manner
- Creative thinking and intellectual curiosity
- Strong team player in an international virtual environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in either Finance, Economics, Information Technology and/or quantitative fields such as Statistics and Math. Currently taking a SAP master's degree.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
KNOWLEDGE:
The following areas of knowledge would be very helpful:
- Business Analyst skills (e.g. requirement engineering, design thinking)
- Understanding of financial products and Finance or Investment Management / Treasury- market & master data, accounting or operation
- Knowledge of SAP
- Knowledge of Front- and Back office processes
PERSONAL SKILLS:
- Ability to work with multi-cultural project teams and facilitating workshops with stakeholders
- Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
