Overview

Our Regional Operations team serves the business and local markets by helping scale our most impactful processes and initiatives, and drive innovation in the region. The Regional Operations team is responsible for building the tools and processes, as well as partnering cross-functionally to launch products to make sure that all actors find value on our platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing project-related support including preparing presentations, asset management initiatives and market research
  • Create market playbooks and market review presentations to be presented to management
  • Support the sales/revenue forecasting for various locations in close partnership with the commercial and business operations functions
  • Assist with implementing team, department, and company process improvements
  • Gather information about existing and proposed location conditions across the territory
  • Deploy & build Excel models to analyze, evaluate and forecast performance of Gorillas locations and markets
  • Contribute to the data integrity of our various existing systems, tools and platforms validating data feeds and structures as well as investigating/resolving issues and identifying value-add enhancements
  • Reporting: Provide visibility and timely reporting of financials and KPIs on selected locations. You will continue to evolve insights and reporting based on the changing environment and work closely with leadership
  • Perform administrative duties, and additional functions, as needed and determined by management


Requirements

  • Bachelor or advanced degree in Business, Engineering, Science, Econometrics, or equivalent from a top tier university
  • 2+ years of proven experience with a mix of Banking, Consulting, Retail or Real Estate roles; ideally work experience supporting a breadth of projects
  • Experienced with financial analysis, retails, growth strategies, and real estate
  • Highly Innovative problem solver: possessing strong interpersonal, multi-tasking, organizational, and project planning skills, and demonstrating ability to meet aggressive deadlines
  • Experience leveraging cross-functional partners in order to manage and execute high-impact projects
  • Proven data analytics skills
  • SQL - able to build tables & queries from scratch a plus; advanced in Excel / Google Sheets.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and are willing to get your hands dirty
  • You have very good communication skills and are proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish
