Part Qualified Finance Manager

Roles and duties:

• Preparation of commercial information and financial information for the monthly board and team meetings - preparation of annual budgets, regular cashflow forecasts, analysis of trading performance against key financial covenants
• Ownership of projects that are required to develop the interaction between financial and commercial teams and develop required management information and performance metrics
• Implement a new stock management system in the business. Purchasing and contract management duties, queries and clarifications and support as and when required
• Regular communication with CEO/senior team re planning and execution of tasks
• Key contact with external accountants for year-end processes, R&D claims and tax returns
• Delivery of ad hoc projects as and when required by the business. i.e., supplier reviews, purchasing, etc
• Helping to influence the wider business decisions through the understanding of financial performance and business objectives
• Manage and lead a small finance team. Direct and provide mentoring to other in the business
• Delivery of personal and team targets and achievement of activity metrics
• Positive internal and external feedback

Profile

The successful candidate:

• MUST be an active studier with no more than x4 exams left to complete - ACCA/CIMA
• 4+ years' experience within Finance
• Will have managed a team
• Will be from the Tech/Retail industry

Job Offer

The successful candidate will be paid £42,000 - 48,000 per annum.
