Head of Treasury

Digital Future is a leading Ukraine-born venture capital firm that invests at seed and early stage in international teams targeting global markets. Annual revenue earned by our portfolio companies exceeds $30m and 600+ people work in the companies we invested in.

Currently we are looking for a Head of Treasury to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine. This position will be responsible for all aspects of the Treasury function of the Group and will report to the Chief Financial Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the treasury function and deal with treasury matters
• Sustain liquidity of operations and perform cash flow planning
• Research, onboard and own relationships with banks and payment service providers
• Execute payment requests (30% of time) and back-up treasurers
• Manage a team of 3 employees

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in treasury or corporate finance
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or relevant field
• Upper Intermediate English proficiency (comfortable speaking and writing)
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets user
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload
• Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment

Will be a plus:

• Team management and leadership experience
• Financial qualifications in progress (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CFA etc)
• International certifications (IELTS, TOEFL, GMAT etc)
