This leading firm of chartered accountants is searching for a qualified ACA / ACCA and/or, ATT / CTA Tax Planning Manager / Senior Manager to join their team, based in Exeter to drive the development of mixed tax planning services in a career enhancing role, as a key addition within this growing and successful accountancy practice.

Description

Joining as Tax Planning Manager / Senior Manager based in the firms offices in Exeter, you will look working closely with the directors of the firm as go to support delivering tax advisory and planning opportunities across both personal and corporate tax, with a corporate tax lean. The partners and directors of this highly successful firm, have identified a significant opportunity for the right client facing and relationship focused tax professional to deliver varied and complex planning and tax advisory services to the existing client base. The firms clients are varied across a wide spectrum of industries and size, ranging from small sole traders and limited companies to multi million pound OMBs, SMEs, directors and high net worth individuals, with wide ranging personal and corporate tax advisory requirements . You will be responsible for building relationships and delivering tax solutions across R and D, VAT and wider corporate tax projects along with potential involvement with personal tax across IHT, succession planning, CGT etc. With the growth of the business, excellent prospects for longer term career progression and development are on offer for career focused individuals looking to progress in their tax career.

Profile

You may be a tax focused professional throughout your career, having pursued and qualified ATT and/ or CTA having either specialised in corporate tax, or bring a mixed tax background across both personal and corporate tax. Or you may be an ACA, ACCA qualified professional with an initial all round grounding in general accountancy practice, having specialised in taxation later in your career at around the Tax Manager or ideally Senior Tax Managerial levels. You will be looking for an advisory focused opportunity, where you can develop long term, added value relationships with your clients. You may be a locally based taxation professional seeking a new challenging career opportunity in the region, with genuine potential to progress, or you may be looking to relocate to Exeter and Devon for lifestyle, family reasons etc.

Job Offer
