Our client, a wealth management company, located in Zurich, is currently looking for a qualified person who could support the distribution managers. You would be overseeing the distribution from end to end and have a lot of flexibility in regards of remote or on site work. The start would be as soon as possible for a temporary period of at least 12 months. It could also be that you would get taken over into a permanent position by the end of the temp period.

Description

  • Oversee the Distribution from end to end
  • Work closely with the Distribution Managers and clients of the different countries
  • Help Distribution Managers on the CRMs (Hubspot) in achieving their revenue and targets
  • Onboarding of new clients including sending out account opening forms and follow-up
  • Work closely with the Operation and Tech Team in order to complete the full onboarding
  • Issue account opening letters, welcome letter, and other Ad-hoc letters as requested
  • Inform the Distribution Managers of the Periodic reviews and managing all open issues related to KYC and KYT (Know Your Transaction) alerts
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects to improve on existing processes and procedures

Profile

  • Financial Services or Private Banking/ Retail Banking background
  • Experience in a front office/ client-facing role
  • Fluent in English, Spanish and German
  • An understanding of real estate and/or the financial markets are a big plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good planning, prioritizing and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Flexible person
