This is an exciting opportunity for a Sales Ledger to join a UK based company. You will be supporting the day-to-day activities of the Finance department.

Client Details

This company is a UK based private manufacturer. They have over 20 years experience in the industry and have clients all over the world including Japan, China and the US.

Description

Sales Ledger

  • Enter customer receipts daily and ensure correct allocation against customer accounts and correct bank accounts used
  • Review aged debtor reports and identify actions
  • Chase overdue invoices by appropriate means, ie telephone, e-mail
  • Liaise with sales reps and directors in relation to issues/payments
  • Provide aged debt reports to sales reps/managers on regular basis
  • Liaise with sales order processing team re customer credit
  • Send customer statement at the end of each month

Profile

  • Good telephone manner
  • Confident in Sales Ledger
  • Previous experience in the Ledger
