Service Manager, Performance & Assurance, Grade 12 Hewson House, Station Rd, Brigg. 37 Hours per week.
An exciting opportunity to work within the fast-paced area of Adults and Community Wellbeing has become available. We are looking for a dynamic individual to be responsible for the development and maintenance of a robust and effective risk management and performance and assurance framework enabling the service to demonstrate that arrangements to secure continuous improvement and drive a culture of performance are in place. The right candidate will have the ability to build strong relationships with a range of stake holders, key to the underpinning of success in this role. They will have proven project management skills and be experienced in developing policy and strategy documents, having an in-depth practical knowledge of local authority governance requirements.
