We are partnering a UK-based management services business in their search for a people-oriented Finance Manager who will lead a small team in managing the full spectrum of accounts for one of the business divisions.Look forward to a role with great exposure in finance business partnering with internal and external stakeholders. This is a role which a good people-manager will enjoy.What you will doReporting to the Head of Finance, you will manage the full spectrum of finance for one of the new divisions in the business, with the support of a small team. You will analyse and present key trends and movements identified on the profit and loss statement to the leadership team and relevant stakeholders in the business, and provide recommendations from a financial perspective. You will also ensure the timely and accurate processing of close to £100 million of transactions and intercompany

reconciliations.You

will also be making suggestions to improve existing processes and systems, and ensuring compliance and controls are in place at all times.Key skills and

experienceQualified

Accountant (eg.
