Brief Profile: We are looking for a candidate who can bring business and industry knowledge, process expertise, world class capabilities to our clients to deliver tangible value
• To work with leading global clients to identify and implement cost saving opportunities across SG&A and direct cost categories
• Work requires travel to client site for project work across geographies
Key responsibilities of the role:
• Deliver cost savings in SG&A and Direct cost categories e.g. media and advertising, trade promotions, point-of-sales materials, facilities costs, utilities, recruitment, outsourcing, audits, insurance, raw materials, packaging materials, etc.
• Analyzing and assuring quality of the data collected
• Draw on extensive knowledge and experience across multiple cost categories draw insights from granular financial and operational data
• Formulate cost saving hypotheses and model conservative and aggressive targets, leading to tangible savings on addressable spend
• Facilitate workshops with client C-suite leadership and drive result-oriented discussions including priority setting
• Setup control and monitor mechanisms to assure realization of identified savings
Reports to: Sr. Management and/or Client Leads
Supervises: Immediate Team
External Relationships: Clients, Third party vendors, Suppliers, Agencies

Qualifications
Must be a Post Graduate (M.B.A from premier B School) with at least 3-5 years of experience in cost savings programs ?Consulting experience with deep understanding of financial statement analysis, cost savings engagements ?Experience in working with the c-suite to develop, define and execute cost reduction strategies in SG&A and direct costs including Media and Advertising, Sales support, trade promotions, packaging, insurance, and operational audits ?Understanding of Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting. Experience with Zero-Based Budgeting will be an added advantage. ?Ability to manage, analyze and visualize data from multiple sources and high proficiency with tools such as Power Bi, SQL, Alteryx and MS Office
