Group Finance Manager

You will be looking after the group consolidation, full spectrum of financial affairs include day to day finance operations and proactively to achieve target and complete objective set and be involved in group level management.

Our client is in the manufacturing industry being a public listed company and is looking for highly talented individual to join their company.

Description

• Look into overall group financial analysis and reporting of their subsidiaries and give insightful business decision
• Look into opportunities, costs, revenue growth, risk and financial operational analysis to identify area of improvement
• Possess strong knowledge in group consolidation, Bursa reporting and cash flow management
• Responsible for financial planning & forecasting & taxation, number crunching for business and financial planning
• Prepare and formulate financial business paper, outline feasibility study, evaluate, assess the viability of any corporate proposals
• Be compliant on company rules and regulation and also the latest policies and procedures for listed company requirements
  
• Alert of important datelines, resourceful and proactively complete require working papers. Provide support timely and accurately to the Financial Controller / Chief Financial Officer as and when required

Profile

• Degree in Accounting and Finance
• Professional qualification is added advantage
• Minimum 8 years group consol experience
• Public listed experience will be added advantage
• Independent and strong stakeholder management
