Treasury & Markets (T&M) provides total solutions to serve DBS clients' hedging and investment needs with a regional emphasis. Responsibilities

• Contribute to achieving the team's revenue budget
• Identify opportunities to market Treasury solutions to the relevant customer segment
• Assist in creating and developing appropriate tools and programs to grow revenue for the relevant customer segment Assist in the daily operations of the Corporate Sales desk
• Client servicing on Treasury related queries for the relevant customer segment
• Assist in Digital pricing matrix creation and maintenance for Sales Ongoing rules creation and maintenance on backend system
• Lead digital sales and marketing strategies including execution, with focus on Customer Journeys
• Run campaigns and create marketing peripherals for the targeted market segment
• Run Sales Data Driven Operating Model related initiatives and liaise with key stakeholders within the Horizontal Organisation framework.

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline from a recognised tertiary institution, preferably in Marketing and Finance/Business/Mathematics/Engineering degree
• At least 6-8 years relevant experience
• Equipped with broad based knowledge in marketing of treasury products and solutions
• Experience in project or tech related work
• Ability to work under pressure, to multi-task and be client focused
• Possess strong analytical and quantitative skills
• Detailed and meticulous
• Python and coding skills is an added advantage
• Ability to write well
