Business Analyst - Transformation

Our well-known Perth CBD based client is seeking a Transformation Professional to join an established team on an initial 6-month contract with potential extensions. This is an immediate requirement and would suit a Business Analyst with transformation experience ready to commence a new role in the next 2 weeks.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Delivering and promoting good transformation governance using the defined governance framework.
• Building strong relationships and managing stakeholders effectively.
• Facilitating workshops to increase the maturity of transformation data and governance processes, both internally and externally.
• Business and data analysis and driving business process improvements.
• Identifying and monitoring program risks.
• Identifying and justifying the need for change by providing advice to all project stakeholders.
• Contributing to the development of key Transformation change strategies to ensure successful implementation and embedding.
• Preparing project documentation and reporting.

To be considered for this role you will require the following skills and experience:

• Experience in Senior Business Analyst or Transformation Analyst role.
• Highly familiar with Business Process improvement methodologies, processes mapping and data analytics.
• Ability to facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills.
• Experience in Project, Program and Portfolio governance frameworks.
• Understanding of change management frameworks and concepts.
