Management Trainee Officer

The following duties/functions to Management Trainee Officer, are being assigned for diligently working on behalf of management

1. Assisting in checking and verifying salaries & wages and contractors bills.
2. Randomly monitor the packed waste bags contain the precise category stuffed.
3. Randomly monitoring and auditing the waste vehicles that the packing list with physical delivery are consistent.
4. Monthly reconciliation of physical gate entry & outward register with IGPs and to report if the IGPs & OGPs remain omitted in system and if not being developed in real time basis.
5. Randomly audit the Yarn, Greige & folding dispatches at gate, a physical dispatch with packing list/OGP.
6. Randomly monitoring the yarn receipts, greige, commercial processed fabric & stitching receipts are being posted in system on real time basis.
7. Randomly verification that weaving, processing & stitching productions are being fed into system on real time basis.
8. Surprise cash count at least once in a month and with changed dates to keep it sudden and surprise.
9. Randomly verification of all the SOPs issued are being religiously complied with and feedback to the management for improvements.
10. Randomly reconcile the store issuances with issue notes duly signed by relevant authorities and to check whether store issue notes are being recorded in real time of its physical issuance.
11. Randomly monitoring chemical issuances to processing, Sizing & cone dyeing being fed into system in real time & strictly in accordance with approved recipes. 
12. Monitoring the Yarn, greige & folding issuances is being complied with relevant SOPs.
13. Reconciliation of physical stocks and surprise audits for all sorts of stocks.
14. Assisting in verification of all material receipts whether own or commercial.
15. Monitor the outstanding goods sent on returnable basis.
