An ongoing temporary role as an accounts supervisor to oversee sales and purchase ledger duties. This role is based on the outskirts of Manchester and is offering between £24,000 to £26,000 equivalent per hour.

Description

Duties will include:

  • Being responsible for overseeing the Sales and Purchase ledger
  • Cash allocations and bank reconciliations
  • Facilitating invoice discounting practice - training will be provided
  • Cash flow and forecasting
  • Invoicing and credit control
  • Preparing accounts, journals and accruals
  • Maintenance of fixed asset register
  • Ad hoc duties

Profile

The successful candidate will:

  • Have knowledge of sage line 50 and excel - essential
  • Be able to work independently and part of a team - essential
  • Be able to lead a small team - desirable
  • Have experience working within a similar role - essential
  • Be able to work in a timely manner and meet deadlines - desirable

Job Offer

This role is offering between £24,000 to £26,000 equivalent per hour
