  • Develop solutions to improve data quality and controls in the end to end infrastructure (eg validation rules, correction of feeds, appropriate systemic data handling in order to secure optimal data quality).
  • Coordinate the systemic solutions for one-time data cleanups and controls related enhancements across all applications in the lending infrastructure (eg CitiRisk, front office platforms, product processors, reporting tools).
  • Develop reports and presentations to communicate to senior management the status of the different projects and/or programs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key associates such as the technology teams, data remediation teams, different line of business, and risk partners.
  • Work with technology and business users to gather business requirements.
  • Act as a creative partner to propose new ways to look at processes and tools to support those processes.
  • Participate in regular meetings with the Steering Committee and Risk Technology to ensure that business requirements are prioritized appropriately.
  • Collaborate with different technology teams for project estimation efforts and delivery.
  • Continuously improve processes and infrastructure by exploring and evaluating new data sources, tools, and capabilities.
  • Lead process enhancements efforts engaging where appropriately the Transformation teams.

Experience / Competencies:
  • Bachelor's degree would be considered, Master's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar role would be desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Excel (metrics and data analysis), PowerPoint (presentation decks), and Word (writing and editing procedural and technical documentation).
  • Knowledge of lending and credit process, and data quality/quality controls processes.
  • Knowledge of credit source systems and reporting systems (eg CitiRisk, Genesis, Optima, etc).
  • Ability to work with little supervision and work well as a part of a team.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills necessary. Must be comfortable providing updates on consistent basis.
  • Demonstrate financial and risk reporting knowledge as well as experience from the business and/or technical area desired.
  • Project management knowledge and experience working with diverse group of stakeholders to achieve milestones and deadlines and capability to handle multiple projects at one time.
  • Experience in interacting across multiple teams.
  • Able to define the agenda / material for senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Team management skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills; ability to see the big pictures with high attention to critical details.
  • Interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and with people at all levels of the organization and across different geographic locations.
  • Range of experience demonstrating flexibility in skillset and approach.
