About the Manager Compliance and AssuranceThe Manager Compliance and Assurance is responsible for providing leadership and expert advice to key stakeholders on specialised contract delivery and regulatory and statutory compliance to ensure contractual and performance obligations are met. This role is currently responsible for leading a team of 9 team members.

About youTo succeed in the role, you will be have demonstrated experience working across a high volume of complex contracts withing the VET or Higher Education sector. You possess strong leadership and team building skills as well as exceptional communications skills.

Essential Requirements1. Degree in relevant discipline or equivalent significant experience.2. Demonstrated experience in providing advice on contracts and compliance, regulations and standards within the VET and Higher Education sector.3. Demonstrated experience in reviewing and monitoring contract compliance according to state and federal standards and guiding and coaching others to meet these standards.4.
